ASD is the only authoritative agency with the ability to give citations or remove animals from dangerous, neglectful, or unhealthy situations.  If you know of an animal suffering under any of these circumstances please contact 768-1975 and report your concerns.  Be prepared to give the full address of the person you are reporting and if you’d like to call back to see what the outcome of your complaint was you will also need to give a name and address for yourself.
